Dr. Roseann Maikis, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Maikis is a practicing Obstetrician and Gynecologist, board certified in both specialties. She is originally from Long Island, New York. She completed her medical school training at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and residency training at the University of Virginia. She moved to Nashville to study advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery with Dr. James Daniell. She completed a laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery fellowship with Dr. Daniell in 2000, and has been practicing here since then. She continues to offer the benefits of minimally invasive surgery to women in the Nashville area.
Dr. James Daniell, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Daniell is a board certified practicing Gynecologist. He completed his medical degree at the University of Tennessee and residency training at the Baylor College in Texas. Dr. Daniell was one of the founders of laparoscopic surgery in the United States in the 1980′s. He has taught hundreds of surgeons throughout the world the techniques of advanced laparoscopic surgery. He continues to be an innovator in the field today.
The Practice
Together, we offer specialized services such as laparoscopic hysterectomy, surgical treatment of endometriosis, tubal reanastomosis, endometrial ablation, and much more. We pride ourselves in being able to offer total care; infertility, obstetrics, well-woman and menopausal care. We believe in the compassionate, individual care of each woman.
